Underwater Filter Foam:

Laguna Foam Media is specifically designed for use inside the Laguna PowerFlo Mechanical (PT-500) and Biological (PT-505) Underwater Filters. The coarse foam material performs mechanical filtration, capturing dirt and debris as water flows through it. The foam is also porous to allow some degree of biological filtration.
